Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 en las estribaciones de la Serra Aitana, y se encuentra situado en la margen derecha del r\u00edo Frainos, tambi\u00e9n conocido popularmente como r\u00edo de Pen\u00e1guila.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente tiene <strong>m\u00e1s protagonismo tur\u00edstico\u00a0<\/strong> con la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas de segunda residencia, pero Benilloba ha destacado siempre por la existencia de f\u00e1bricas textiles siendo uno de los pueblos m\u00e1s pr\u00f3speros<\/p>\n<p>Benilloba merece una escapada <strong>en la que disfrutar de su gastronom\u00eda, sus fiestas o su paisaje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En su t\u00e9rmino municipal <strong>son interesantes sus rutas senderistas<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El <em>Salt<\/em> de Benilloba, \u00a0una bonita cascada que ha creado un entorno muy bello, al que sumamos el encanto de la antigua estaci\u00f3n hidroel\u00e9ctrica del mismo nombre<\/li>\n<li>El <em>Barranc de Cuixot<\/em>, con un acueducto y donde encontrar\u00e1s un antiguo molino harinero y un acueducto construido en 1794<\/li>\n<li>El <em>Tossal d&#8217;Espin\u00f3s<\/em>, siendo este un emblema municipal, ya que antiguamente se ubicaba una cruz de madera en su cima, y las vistas al municipio son inmejorables.<\/li>\n<li>Y cualquier camino te permitir\u00e1 caminar entre antiguos \u201cmasos\u201d, <strong>molinos junto al r\u00edo<\/strong> y hacerte alguna foto en el lavadero. \u00a1Y tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1n oportunidad de disfrutar en sus cuevas calc\u00e1reas subterr\u00e1neas!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Si paseamos por su casco urbano podemos disfrutar de la encantadora tradici\u00f3n de<strong> los retablos de cer\u00e1mica<\/strong>, que normalmente representan al santo al que est\u00e1 dedicada la calle y de \u00a0su <strong>Iglesia de la Natividad de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Benilloba<\/strong>, del siglo XVII y estilo neocl\u00e1sico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a sus fiestas patronales, <strong>Benilloba celebra por todo lo alto sus Moros y Cristianos<\/strong> en honor a San Joaqu\u00edn entre el 14 y el 17 de agosto. Destacan actos como la humor\u00edstica &#8216;Nit de l&#8217;Olla&#8217;, la Entrada de las tropas de la cruz y las fuerzas de la media luna, las celebraciones religiosas en honor al patr\u00f3n o las Embajadas.
