Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de que <strong>el antiguo Hotel Vila de Muro<\/strong> ha quedado reconvertido en albergue juvenil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un <strong>nuevo albergue juvenil<\/strong> abre sus puertas nuestras comarcas. Y lo hace, precisamente, en una conocida ubicaci\u00f3n de <strong>Muro<\/strong>. <strong>El hotel del municipio, que cerr\u00f3 en 2019, ha sido reconvertido<\/strong> en un espacio para acoger a excursionistas que llegan a la zona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde su apertura en 2006, el <strong>Hotel Vila de Muro<\/strong>, fue un <strong>complejo de tres estrellas<\/strong>. Las instalaciones se encuentran junto a la N-340, en el acceso oeste a la localidad del Comtat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En febrero de 2022, tras varios a\u00f1os cerrado,<strong> fue adquirido por la Generalitat Valenciana por un valor de 1.756.000 euros<\/strong>, por debajo de su precio de tasaci\u00f3n. Ahora, tras su adecuaci\u00f3n, ha reabierto sus puertas como albergue. Cuenta con 72 plazas, distribuidas en 25 habitaciones de diferente capacidad. Una de ellas, adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1 adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan los datos ofrecidos por el <strong>Instituto Valenciano de la Juventud (Ivaj)<\/strong>, el albergue -que ya ha sido incluido de la oferta p\u00fablica de alojamientos de estas caracter\u00edsticas- cuenta con climatizaci\u00f3n en todas las estancias, sala de ocio, sala de reuniones, consigna&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, el Ayuntamiento de Muro pretende firmar un convenio con la Generalitat Valenciana para que <strong>las personas que se alojen en el albergue puedan disfrutar de servicios y recursos municipales, como las instalaciones deportivas y la piscina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Su localizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El albergue se encuentra pr\u00e1cticamente <strong>a los pies de la sierra de Mariola<\/strong>, por lo que representa un buena opci\u00f3n para los excursionistas y viajeros que quieren disfrutar de la naturaleza de nuestras comarcas a un precio econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfA qui\u00e9n va dirigido?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Est\u00e1 <strong>planteado, espec\u00edficamente, para los j\u00f3venes<\/strong>.
