{"id":117737,"date":"2023-06-16T11:02:23","date_gmt":"2023-06-16T10:02:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=117737"},"modified":"2023-06-16T11:02:23","modified_gmt":"2023-06-16T10:02:23","slug":"tres-detenidos-por-un-robo-con-violencia-en-muro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/tres-detenidos-por-un-robo-con-violencia-en-muro\/","title":{"rendered":"Tres detenidos por un robo con violencia en Muro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guardiacivil.es\/es\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Guardia Civil<\/span> <\/a>ha detenido a tres hombres e investigado a una mujer<\/strong> por robar a una pareja en el interior de su domicilio en\u00a0<strong>Muro<\/strong>. Los hechos <strong>ocurrieron en la madrugada del pasado 25 de abril<\/strong>, en una vivienda ubicada en este municipio del Comtat, y los asaltantes <strong>sustrajeron una caja fuerte<\/strong> con unos 6.500 euros entre efectivo, joyas y relojes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n facilitada por los agentes, <strong>tres hombres encapuchados asaltaron la casa<\/strong>\u00a0mientras uno de los residentes sal\u00eda para dirigirse a un mercadillo cercano. En este instante <strong>dos de los delincuentes entraron a la vivienda<\/strong>, mientras <strong>el tercero<\/strong> se qued\u00f3 fuera vigilando y preparando la escapatoria. Despu\u00e9s de dejar a las v\u00edctimas encerrados, un hombre y una mujer,\u00a0 los asaltantes lograron huir con el bot\u00edn. La mujer<strong> sufri\u00f3 lesiones leves <\/strong>y requiri\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras el suceso, la Guardia Civil <strong>inici\u00f3 la correspondiente investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del Equipo Territorial de la Polic\u00eda Judicial de Villena. En primer lugar <strong>se analizaron\u00a0las grabaciones de las c\u00e1maras de seguridad<\/strong> del municipio. A partir de esta informaci\u00f3n, <strong>se enfocaron en dos sospechosos<\/strong>, ambos con antecedentes por delitos contra el patrimonio, quienes resultaron ser los individuos que ingresaron a la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s,<strong>\u00a0llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de los investigadores que los delincuentes conocieran la existencia de una caja fuerte y su ubicaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/strong>Despu\u00e9s de tomar declaraciones adicionales a las v\u00edctimas, <strong>se encontr\u00f3 una conexi\u00f3n entre estas y los sospechosos<\/strong>. Result\u00f3 que el tercer hombre, que permaneci\u00f3 fuera de la vivienda durante el robo, <strong>era conocido y deudor de uno de los residentes<\/strong>, ya que a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s le hab\u00eda prestado m\u00e1s de 20.000 euros, que a\u00fan no le hab\u00edan sido devueltos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez <strong>acreditada la vinculaci\u00f3n de los tres hombres en el robo, el d\u00eda 24 de mayo se detuvo a dos de ellos en el municipio de Massamagrell (Valencia). <\/strong>Adem\u00e1s una mujer, pareja de uno de ellos, fue investigada al haber proporcionado el veh\u00edculo utilizado en el delito. Seguidamente, el 26 de mayo,<strong> se llev\u00f3 a cabo un registro en una vivienda del municipio de Pobla de Farnals (Valencia), <\/strong>donde se detuvo al tercer miembro del grupo delictivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A los detenidos y a la mujer investigada,<strong> cuyas edades oscilan entre los 27 y 45 a\u00f1os,<\/strong>\u00a0y seg\u00fan su grado de participaci\u00f3n, <strong>se les imputan los delitos de robo con violencia e intimidaci\u00f3n, tenencia il\u00edcita de armas y pertenencia a grupo criminal<\/strong>.
