Este es un problema que\u00a0<strong>afecta a toda la provincia de Alicante<\/strong>, cuyo mercado laboral tiene dificultades para retener el talento. Son m<strong>\u00e1s de 5.000 los trabajadores cualificados que se marchan a otras provincias por falta de oportunidades laborales<\/strong>, seg\u00fan el informe presentado este mi\u00e9rcoles por el el\u00a0<strong>Instituto de Estudios Econ\u00f3micos de la Provincia de Alicante (INECA)<\/strong>\u00a0en la\u00a0<strong>Universidad de Alicante (UA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y el peso que los universitarios tienen en la provincia es escaso.\u00a0<strong>Los licenciados y graduados tan solo suman el 6,1% de todas las contrataciones que se llevan a cabo<\/strong>\u00a0en Alicante. Una cifra que est\u00e1 por debajo del 8,3% de M\u00e1laga, que tiene una estructura similar a la de nuestra provincia. Por su parte,\u00a0<strong>los titulados de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional suponen el 9% de los contratados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero,\u00a0<strong>\u00bfqu\u00e9 sucede en nuestras comarcas?<\/strong>\u00a0Seg\u00fan el informe, de todos los contratos realizados a universitarios en la provincia de Alicante,\u00a0<strong>solo el 5,5% corresponden a la comarca de l\u2019Alcoi\u00e0<\/strong>. Y\u00a0<strong>en el Comtat la cifra se sit\u00faa en el 0,9%<\/strong>. La cifra destaca todav\u00eda m\u00e1s si se tiene en cuenta que Alcoy cuenta con\u00a0<strong>dos campus -de la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia (UPV) y de la UA<\/strong>\u2013 y con la\u00a0<strong>Escuela de Arte y Superior de Dise\u00f1o de Alcoy (EASD)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para hacer frente a esta situaci\u00f3n, el informe apunta la necesidad de apostar\u00a0por\u00a0<strong>medidas que favorezcan el crecimiento de las empresas\u00a0de la zona o pol\u00edticas que atraigan a grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas<\/strong>. Para conseguirlo,\u00a0<strong>Armando Ortu\u00f1o<\/strong>, director de proyectos del INECA, ha reclamado la creaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s suelo industrial<\/strong>\u00a0y parcelas de mayor tama\u00f1o. Recomienda, tambi\u00e9n, que se lleven a cabo estudios para\u00a0<strong>ajustar la oferta formativa a las necesidades<\/strong>\u00a0de talento de las empresas locales y que se impulsen sectores de mayor valor a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, las previsiones de futuro no son negativas, a pesar de los datos. La situaci\u00f3n, considera Ortu\u00f1o, tender\u00e1 a mejorar. Explica que las ciudades de<strong>\u00a0tama\u00f1o medio<\/strong>\u00a0se est\u00e1n volviendo\u00a0<strong>cada vez m\u00e1s atractivas\u00a0<\/strong>para las grandes empresas que buscan atraer talento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y esto se debe a que ofrecen una mejor calidad de vida.
