Una de las cuestiones que se abordaron fue <strong>la creaci\u00f3n de suelo industrial de calidad<\/strong> en nuestro t\u00e9rmino municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el\u00a0<strong>Partido Popular<\/strong>\u00a0es urgente que Alcoy\u00a0<strong>apueste por la creaci\u00f3n de suelo industrial de calidad<\/strong>\u00a0con el fin de atraer a nuevas empresas pero sobretodo evitar que se marchen las que existen actualmente.\u00a0<strong>Carlos Pastor<\/strong>, el candidato del PP a la alcald\u00eda, puso sobre la mesa\u00a0<strong>una serie de datos<\/strong>\u00a0que la formaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica\u00a0<strong>considera como muy preocupantes<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>en sus \u00faltimos doce a\u00f1os de gobierno no se ha creado ni un solo metro cuadrado de suelo industrial y 100 empresas han abandonado nuestro t\u00e9rmino municipal. Es para hac\u00e9rselo ver se\u00f1or Franc\u00e9s<\/em>\u00ab, espet\u00f3 el alcaldable dirigi\u00e9ndose al l\u00edder de los socialistas. Desde el PP insistieron por \u00faltimo en\u00a0<strong>la necesidad de avanzar en la tramitaci\u00f3n para agilizar la zona sur de Alcoy y permitir un corredor industrial que una Alcoy con Ibi<\/strong>\u00a0con el objetivo de retener el talento que se genera en la ciudad as\u00ed como frenar la p\u00e9rdida de poblaci\u00f3n \u00ab<em>solo tiene que ponerse usted a las salidas de Alcoy un d\u00eda laborable, entre semana, para ver la gran cantidad de coches que salen con personas que van a trabajar a otras ciudades porque aqu\u00ed tienen una gran falta de oportunidades\u00bb,\u00a0<\/em>concluy\u00f3 Pastor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>El PSOE expone sus planes en materia de industria\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Partido Socialista\u00a0<strong>defendi\u00f3 su gesti\u00f3n en materia de industria<\/strong>\u00a0y remarc\u00f3 que gracias al trabajo hecho en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se van a conseguir\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s de dos millones de metros cuadrados de suelo industrial en Pagos y la zona sur<\/strong>\u00a0cuando sea una realidad el nuevo PGOU. Toni Franc\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>no renuncia a impulsar el Pol\u00edgono Comarcal<\/strong>\u00a0e insisti\u00f3 en los esfuerzos que se est\u00e1n haciendo\u00a0<strong>para liderar la capacidad de atraer y retener talento<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>iniciativas como el Parque Cient\u00edfico de la UPV, que ser\u00e1 un referente para las comarcas centrales valencianes, y el Proyecto de Rodes ayudar\u00e1n a transformar econ\u00f3micamente la ciudad. Tambi\u00e9n el CDTi ser\u00e1 un polo de atracci\u00f3n de negocios en el interior de Alicante y pronto ser\u00e1 una realidad la Oficina de Atracci\u00f3n de Inversiones que se va a impulsar con el apoyo de la Camara de Comercio<\/em>\u00ab, concluy\u00f3 el candidato del PSOE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Cara a Cara de este lunes permiti\u00f3 tanto a Toni Franc\u00e9s como a Carlos Pastor\u00a0<strong>exponer su proyecto de ciudad en materia econ\u00f3mica, de comunicaciones o de gesti\u00f3n municipal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
