Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado <strong>diferentes cuestiones referidas al &#8216;Plan Edificant&#8217; del Consell<\/strong> y al estado en el que se encuentran los proyectos que se contemplan para Alcoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fue\u00a0<strong>uno de los anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy en 2018<\/strong>. La\u00a0<strong>mejora de centros educativos de la ciudad<\/strong>, incluida en el\u00a0<strong>Pla Edificant de 2018<\/strong>, con un presupuesto de 13,5 millones de euros. Unas actuaciones que contemplaban\u00a0<strong>la reforma del IES Andreu Sempere, el IES Pare Vit\u00f2ria y el IES Cotes Baixes<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>M\u00e1s de 2000 alumnos<\/strong>\u00a0que, actualmente, siguen a la espera de que estas obras sean una realidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que\u00a0<strong>el IES Cotes Baixes y el IES Pare Vit\u00f2ria todav\u00eda no cuentan con un proyecto redactado<\/strong>. En el caso del IES Andreu Sempere,\u00a0<strong>las reivindicaciones desde el centro educativo se remontan a hace 19 a\u00f1os<\/strong>. Sin embargo, el primer proyecto fue redactado en 2020 por un valor de 3,7 millones de euros. El concurso p\u00fablico qued\u00f3 desierto. Tras la revisi\u00f3n de precios se ampli\u00f3 hasta los 6,7 millones, un proyecto en el que -sin embargo- no se incluyeron algunas de las peticiones del centro. Finalmente,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/la-reforma-de-lies-andreu-sempere-costara-quasi-85-milions-deuros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">como adelant\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Cope Alcoy<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<strong>ser\u00e1n 8,3 millones los que se destinen a la reforma del centro<\/strong>. La memoria valorada -que recoge las actuaciones que se pretenden llevar a cabo, con los precios revisados- ya ha sido enviada por el Ayuntamiento a la\u00a0<strong>Conselleria de Educaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que debe aprobarla para que el Ayuntamiento pueda redactar el proyecto y sacarlo nuevamente a concurso p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abNos gustar\u00eda que el Andreu Sempere estuviera ejecut\u00e1ndose ya. Vamos a volver a licitar las obras de la forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida posible\u00bb, aseguraba\u00a0<strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, alcalde de Alcoy, esta semana. Para sacar a concurso el proyecto debe pasar por el\u00a0<strong>Pleno del Ayuntamiento<\/strong>\u00a0y ser ratificado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el Andreu Sempere parece que hay avances, pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasa con el Pare Vit\u00f2ria y Cotes Baixes? De momento no hay novedades. Y eso es lo que critican desde el\u00a0<strong>Partido Popular<\/strong>. \u00abEl 90% de las promesas y compromisos del presidente Puig en materia de educaci\u00f3n han sido falsas promesas incumplidas\u00bb, lamenta\u00a0<strong>Nando Pastor<\/strong>, diputado auton\u00f3mico popular.
