{"id":111186,"date":"2023-02-27T12:38:30","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T11:38:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=111186"},"modified":"2023-02-27T14:02:59","modified_gmt":"2023-02-27T13:02:59","slug":"destapan-una-estafa-a-la-seguridad-social-cometida-en-una-farmacia-del-comtat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/destapan-una-estafa-a-la-seguridad-social-cometida-en-una-farmacia-del-comtat\/","title":{"rendered":"Destapan una estafa a la Seguridad Social cometida en una farmacia del Comtat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agentes de <strong>la Guardia Civil<\/strong> han detenido a <strong>una farmac\u00e9utica del Comtat<\/strong> y <strong>ha investigado a otras seis personas<\/strong>, cinco de ellas responsables de residencias de la tercera edad junto a una amiga de la boticaria, por <strong>un fraude de m\u00e1s de 39.000 euros a la Seguridad Social<\/strong>. Se les atribuye <strong>la simulaci\u00f3n de ventas de medicamentos para pacientes de los geri\u00e1tricos<\/strong> a los que hab\u00edan clonado las tarjetas sanitarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las investigaciones <strong>se iniciaron el pasado mes de octubre<\/strong> cuando <strong>una inspecci\u00f3n de la Conselleria de Sanitat detect\u00f3 que una farmacia de un municipio de la comarca se estaba llevando a cabo una venta inusual de medicamentos<\/strong> financiados por el Sistema Nacional de Salud. A partir de ah\u00ed, se dio cuenta a la Guardia Civil y <strong>en una segunda inspecci\u00f3n fueron intervenidas diferentes tarjetas sanitarias magn\u00e9ticas clonadas<\/strong>, con informaci\u00f3n sanitaria de pacientes de la Generalitat Valenciana, y multitud de cajas de medicaci\u00f3n sin c\u00f3digo de barras. Tambi\u00e9n se descubrieron <strong>habitaciones donde se acumulaban los medicamentos supuestamente dispensados en compa\u00f1\u00eda de medicaci\u00f3n caducada y productos qu\u00edmicos de limpieza<\/strong>, por lo que tambi\u00e9n se incumpl\u00eda en el establecimiento <strong>la legislaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que regula el almacenamiento de material sanitario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, <strong>se hall\u00f3 una base de datos con informaci\u00f3n personal de internos de varias residencias de la provincia de Alicante<\/strong> y <strong>se identific\u00f3 a una amiga de la farmac\u00e9utica<\/strong> que sal\u00eda del negocio. En este momento <strong>se comprob\u00f3<\/strong> que la chica llevaba una caja que conten\u00eda m\u00e1s tarjetas magn\u00e9ticas disponibles para ser clonadas y un archivador con informes m\u00e9dicos de pacientes junto a cierta documentaci\u00f3n manuscrita a mano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>modus operandi era claro<\/strong>: con las tarjetas clonaban se realizaba la venta de la medicaci\u00f3n a los titulares a cargo del Sistema de Salud Nacional, pero el producto no era dispensado sino apartado sin su correspondiente cup\u00f3n de precinto. El paso final, con el presunto conocimiento del titular de la farmacia, era cargar dicho gasto a la Seguridad Social, lo que generaba en el establecimiento un lucro econ\u00f3mico il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La operaci\u00f3n, realizada en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Conselleria de Sanidad, <strong>ha permitido intervenir cerca de 3.000 cajas de medicamentos facturados a la Seguridad Social<\/strong> seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n facilitada por la misma Guardia Civil. Tambi\u00e9n se interceptaron<strong> m\u00e1s de 500 tarjetas sanitarias clonadas<\/strong> junto a documentaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de pacientes de residencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ninguno de los implicados en los hechos<strong> ten\u00eda hasta ahora antecedentes<\/strong> y, seg\u00fan su grado de participaci\u00f3n, se les han imputado los delitos de fraude a la Seguridad Social, contra la salud p\u00fablica, falsificaci\u00f3n de documento p\u00fablico, contra la intimidad por la cesi\u00f3n, difusi\u00f3n y revelaci\u00f3n de datos m\u00e9dicos personales sin autorizaci\u00f3n de sus titulares.
