S\u2019ha detingut a tots els membres de la banda, que operaven a Alcoi, despr\u00e9s de realitzar tres registres.<\/p>\n<p>El grup estava format per quatre persones de nacionalitat espanyola,\u00a0<strong>tres homes i una dona<\/strong>, que mantenien lla\u00e7os familiars i residien a la ciutat. El principal investigat posseeix antecedents per delictes relacionats amb el cultiu i tr\u00e0fic de drogues. Els quatre detinguts han sigut posats a la disposici\u00f3 del Jutjat d\u2019Instrucci\u00f3 n\u00famero 3 d\u2019Alcoi, quedant en llibertat amb c\u00e0rrecs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els fets i la investigaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les investigacions van ser iniciades el passat mes de novembre, per l\u2019equip especialitzat en robatoris en el camp (ROCA) de la\u00a0<strong>Gu\u00e0rdia Civil d\u2019Ibi<\/strong>\u00a0per al desmantellament d\u2019una plantaci\u00f3 de marihuana. En eixe moment es va con\u00e9ixer que els autors estaven sent investigats paral\u00b7lelament pels especialistes de la\u00a0<strong>Policia Judicial de Policia Nacional d\u2019Alcoi<\/strong>. Va ser aix\u00ed com es va crear un equip d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 conjunt i es va donar inici a\u00a0<strong>l\u2019operaci\u00f3 Legs-Rat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de realitzar-se les primeres gestions, els agents van comprovar que l\u2019habitatge usat per al cultiu estava a nom d\u2019una entitat banc\u00e0ria i estava valorat en m\u00e9s de 500.000 euros. A m\u00e9s, es va descobrir que durant els \u00faltims mesos havia existit una defraudaci\u00f3 d\u2019aigua potable de 6.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Va ser el dia 18 de gener de 2023, despr\u00e9s de diverses labors d\u2019investigaci\u00f3, quan es va procedir a l\u2019operaci\u00f3. Es van realitzar\u00a0<strong>tres entrades i registres<\/strong>. En la primera d\u2019elles, a una casa de camp d\u2019Alcoi, es van confiscar 360 plantes de marihuana i focus led d\u2019\u00faltima generaci\u00f3 per al seu cultiu, valorats en 20.000 euros.
