{"id":10913,"date":"2015-02-27T11:29:05","date_gmt":"2015-02-27T11:29:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=10913"},"modified":"2015-02-27T11:29:05","modified_gmt":"2015-02-27T11:29:05","slug":"el-casal-defiende-ante-el-juez-la-legalidad-de-los-estatutos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-casal-defiende-ante-el-juez-la-legalidad-de-los-estatutos\/","title":{"rendered":"El Casal defiende ante el juez la legalidad de los estatutos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0Asociaci\u00f3n de San Jorge ha presentado un escrito de contestaci\u00f3n a la demanda que presentaron en su momento cinco asociados reclamando la anulaci\u00f3n de las \u00faltimas elecciones a presidente celebradas en octubre as\u00ed como la supresi\u00f3n del estatuto de la entidad alegando que no se adaptaba a la ley de asociaciones. Desde el Casal han defendido en el citado documento\u00a0\u201cla legalidad de su estatuto y los principios democr\u00e1ticos que rigen tanto la actual composici\u00f3n de la Asamblea General de la instituci\u00f3n como el sistema de elecci\u00f3n de sus miembros\u201d, reiterando por tanto que todo el proceso electoral se desarroll\u00f3 con normalidad, concluyen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1alar que El Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n y Primera Instancia n\u00famero 4 de Alcoy admiti\u00f3 a tr\u00e1mite a finales del pasado mes de enero la demanda presentada tras las elecciones\u00a0de octubre\u00a0en las que fueron elegidos Carlos Aracil como presidente, Roque Monllor como vicepresidente y Gonzalo Abad y Alberto Rivas como vocales.
