El Certamen tendr\u00e1 lugar del 21 de febrero al 14 de marzo y se desarrollar\u00e1 en dos fases, una primera con protagonismo para la hosteler\u00eda local, y la segunda en mayo con la campa\u00f1a habitual del quinto y tapa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El edil de Fira y Promoci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica en el Ayuntamiento contestano, Vicent Sandoval, ha recordado que las Jornadas Gastron\u00f3micas se han consolidado a lo largo de toda esta d\u00e9cada generando un importante volumen de negocio en el municipio &#8220;hemos pasado de los 1.500 euros del primer a\u00f1o a los m\u00e1s de 47.000 del 2014 lo que demuestra la repercusi\u00f3n que tiene este evento&#8221;, comenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las Jornadas contar\u00e1n con demostraciones y degustaciones a cargo de los bares y restaurantes participantes que aprovechar\u00e1n este marco para dar a conocer su oferta, sus productos estrella as\u00ed como sus innovaciones culinarias. Adem\u00e1s los Pubs realizar\u00e1n varias demostraciones con bebidas y licores; y se llevar\u00e1n a cabo actuaciones musicales.
